The Leadership Team serve YCC by providing spiritual discernment, developing our vision and values, and helping to make sure we’re focused on doing the right things, always with Jesus at the centre. Currently serving on the Leadership Team are:

At YCC we add to the leadership team through a process of discernment and prayer. This means we sometimes invite people to sit with us as a team as we explore their call to leadership, discover how we might help them grow and consider whether the leadership team is the right place for them to outwork their gifts and abilities.
