Church isn’t just for a Sunday. At YCC, we believe that this is a 365 day way of living out our faith together. We believe that belonging is in the small and that we are created for community. One of the best ways for us to feel connected and known is to belong to a Small Group. These are places where we can care for each other, grow in our discipleship, encourage one another and do life together where there is accountability and support. We aim to create safe spaces where we can laugh, cry, pray and share all the highs and lows that life brings. They are an integral way of how we be church and not just do church.

Small groups are the place where everyone can be cared for as well as caring for others. Together we grow in faith by encouraging each other to live the way God intends and having fun together. Our groups come in all shapes and sizes and we are sure we have one that will suit you.

Our groups are as diverse as the people in them – some are geographical, some are age specific, some have a particular focus (for example praying for their neighbourhood), some have been around for a long time and others are just getting started. None of them are perfect! But our aim is for everyone to find a place to belong so that no-one is disconnected and everyone is included in the life of God’s family in YCC.
