Bible Text: Exodus 20:8–11, Exodus 16, Mark 2:23–28 | Adam Dyer
Series: 10-10 Vision
Over a year ago, we began exploring what it means to live in the fullness of Jesus — people who bear His name and reflect His character. This week, Adam Dyer continues that journey as we unpack the fourth commandment: “Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.”
Sabbath isn’t a legalistic rule or a day off — it’s an act of resistance against a culture of busyness and striving. It’s an invitation to rest, to trust in God’s provision, and to rediscover our worth not in what we produce, but in who we are as His beloved children. Through Scripture and reflection, Adam invites us to step out of the endless cycle of “more” and into the rhythm of grace — to breathe, to delight, and to live in the freedom Jesus offers.
Key Scripture: Exodus 20:8–11, Exodus 16, Mark 2:23–28
