Head of Operations
We’re looking for the right person to join our team as Head of Operations for Yeovil Community Church.
This is a key leadership role co-ordinating the operational life of the church to help us fulfil our vision of seeing lives and communities transformed by Jesus living out faith, hope and love in our community. You’ll oversee and support the church-wide operations such as finance, HR, staff support, governance, planning and facilities.
Working closely with the Leadership Team, you’ll help ensure the church is well-run, future-focused and equipped to serve both its members and the town. You’ll also support key staff and lead the strategic development of our Coffee Shop, and help create a strong and healthy team culture.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and people-focused – someone who can both manage systems and lead people with wisdom and grace.
