If you feel overwhelmed caring or supporting your children with mental health issues – whatever age they are. This is a a safe place for parents to come and have a cuppa and cake, take time out and make friends.
We provide parents with a safe place both to talk and to give support to each other. We recognise both the value of lived experience and how this can give hope and encouragement when going through tough times, but also some practical help, parent-parent on some sign-posting and/or coping strategies. We all have different lived experiences which range from moderate to complex, so if your feeling overwhelmed come and have a chat and connect with others who understand what your going through.
