We are passionate about working with parents to disciple the children who already know Jesus and
create spaces where those who don’t have the chance to learn about Him.
We run Sunday morning groups that run during our service, as well as a Friday night children’s group, and events like
Family Film Nights, Light Party, Christmas, and Easter Parties, and more!

FRIDAY NIGHTS
Light Hearted
Age: 7-11s (Years 3-6)
Light Hearted happens on a Friday night, from 6:00pm-7:30pm, and costs £1 per child. It includes free time with a range of games, crafts, sports, a chill-out zone, tuck shop and more! We then have a stage time with team challenges and activities, and a talk slot. In the talk slot we explore together a Bible story or theme, as we discuss issues relevant to the children, such as identity, handling emotions, friendships and more.
Throughout the night the children collect points in their teams, and the winning team spins the prize wheel that decides their prize, such as pieing a leader, bubbles, sweets, or beans!
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Sparklers
Age: 0-3s (pre-Reception)
This group happens during our Sunday morning service, and it’s a great space for babies and toddlers to have fun, get to know other children, play games and learn more about Jesus. There is a wonderful team running this group, meaning you can choose whether you would like to sit in the main service, or stay in the room with your child. We have lots of fun with age suitable toys and games, a snack, story and prayer time, and lots of time to do action songs, races, and other fun activities.
Sparklers

Age: 4-11s (Reception –Year 6)
Ignite happens on a Sunday morning during our Sunday service. We have free time activities divided across a louder and a quieter room including crafts, messy activities, boardgames, connect4, table tennis, Wii, sport, Lego and lots more. After free time activities, we have all-together teaching time including praying and worshipping together in an engaging and accessible way, before splitting into two groups (reception to yr2, and yr3- yr6) for discussion and a group response time, then play more games together.
Ignite
Age: 4-11s (Reception –Year 6)

YCC KIDS TV
Recommended for children aged 3-11.
These videos are used in our Sunday morning services both in the building and online to engage with the children and make the service accessible for everyone. Each video includes Bible stories which are illustrated with science experiments, puppets, or other creative ways!
